Engineers Without Borders USA (EWB-USA) supports community driven development programs worldwide by collaborating with local partners to design and implement sustainable engineering projects, while creating transformative experiences and responsible leaders.
The Philadelphia Professional Chapter (EWB-Philly) is dedicated to serving communities with sustainable humanitarian support, at home and abroad. Our work has included water source development, sanitation, and health click construction in south America, Africa, and Asia.
Tanzania Project
The Philadelphia Professional Chapter is working in partnership with the international women’s organization The Grail to bring a sustainable fresh water source to the community of Mambarare, Tanzania. Through our work, we hope to bring improved health, peace, and opportunity to our partners in Mambarare.
